Slow to change, old tech stack, little room to grow

Pros

Decent enough Health benefits, and employee matching in 403b Easy worklife balance

Cons

There was little room to grow in the department I worked in, so basically need to be mindful of that. Older management, made it harder to change the tech stack we were using too. They were talking about changing tech stacks before I worked there, and it never materialized.
