Pros

Being a professor is the best job in the world. Emory undergraduate students are engaged, brilliant, and intellectually curious.

Cons

Still no parental leave for professors. What a disappoinment! The men's club is real - women are not considered for choice roles, are excluded for important meetings, and earn far less pay than men. Recently, a colleague won a EEOC case against Emory for gender discrimination in pay.
