Opportunities to grow and learn are encouraged. My bosses and management are great and supportive.

Pros

The working atmosphere makes up for the drudgery of cold-calling for hours on end. With a self-motivating personality there is ample opportunity for raises and bonuses.

Cons

The opportunities for promotion are very limited. The raise structure is very rigid, with little allotment for subjective review of performance; luck factors into success far too heavily.
