Pros

Great work environment for younger workers to expand their knowledge base and gain work experiences in the healthcare field and research.

Cons

Poor management practices plague certain departments within Emory but does not reflect Emory healthcare system. Management has the tendency to hire less than stellar employees that can bring down morale and encite poor performance.
