Pros

I had a great experience at Emory's Goizueta Business School. Everyone was very focused on supporting the students. As well, my colleagues were kind, good-hearted people.

Cons

Moving up takes a long time. It's academia, do it's to be expected, but the lack of upward progress left me frustrated at times. My suggestion is to make sure to be your own advocate, but also get someone with a little clout to be your advocate.

Kind people who did a great job of of training me. I learned all my skills from working here after college. Also got a training for free

Cons

A little slower systems but in general the same as other companies. Might get trapped in the nonprofit or education system after working here.
