Pros
Remote since 2020, great leadership and colleagues, continuing education. Generally a non-toxic environment where asking questions is not a case for retribution.
Cons
Workload for administrative positions is very demanding. It's mostly encumbent upon the worker to learn how to be efficient. The worker must ask for help, especially during the first year, because leadership can't catch all the problems until they are mentioned at the annual review. Remote work can feel isolated.
