Pros

Higher than average wages for entry level student affairs salaries, more diversity than many institutions, women of color are the backbone of Campus Life

Cons

Women of color are gaslighted, manipulated, and not given well-deserved promotions in Campus Life, promotions appointed to leadership's "favorites," Emory talks a good game regarding social justice but don't actually care about it.

Pros

Emory has great benefits and excellent focus on employee health and wellness. Everyone is willing to help and support. Many people have been at Emory over 20 years.

Cons

Like any organization, during leadership transitions, it can take a while before there is momentum.
