Pros

Its a job they have a great retirement plan if you last long enough

Cons

The manager mostly hires and promotes Ethiopians, the asst manager acts like she is running a plantation and micro manages everyone is very condescending and treats office disputes like she was a to bit lawyer looking for someone to be held accountable.

Pros

You can work on almost any project you like as long as it gets approved. Great place to experiment and test out your skills.

Cons

Hard to get anyone to come out to games as a DIII school and no football program. Adds some difficulty to marketing games to students.
