Pros

Every department I've transferred to has gotten better and better over the years. Very stable and reliable company to work for. Most departments value their employees.

Cons

Executives look at employees, sometimes, as disposable people when they have complaints. It seems as though the first thing they decide to do when an employee has issues with their manager is get rid of the employee and not the manager.
