Pros
Wow! This 38 year-old company feels more like a startup these days! Such a unique culture and unique company. We focus on helping and improving the lives of those who need it most. We have not forgotten our roots, but have really started to think more in line with the future and implementing new software, processes, etc. across the board.
We've hired more people, we've promoted people, we've changed the look and feel of the company by investing in all departments.
As a tenured employee, it's so encouraging to see the improvements and the investments that the management team is making. I am absolutely proud to work here.
I like to think of work in 3 buckets. 1) What is my job and do I like it? 2) Who do I work for and do I respect them? 3) What does the company do and do I connect with it?
It's not often that you get a checkmark for all 3, but Emphasys absolutely gives me all 3....in addition to a great salary and bonus. I cannot recommend this place more!
Cons
With all change comes some growing pains. These are not only to be expected, but Management has done a great job at anticipating them. The team feels supported as we continue to improve.
