The company adapts to the employees learning pace, which allows everyone to get their work done in the best possible way.

The bulk of work sometimes is too much compared to the compensation and benefits that the company has to offer

Pros

People that work here are nice and easy going. During training, company provides industry background to help you understand market and clients. Conscientious of personal time-off. Good benefits and office space.

Cons

No growth opportunities in place to nurture and retain good employees. Management does not care or feel the need to foster a real sense of company culture. No specialty roles or specialization needed/encouraged. Starting salary is below average. Do not expect a major annual increase.
