Pros

Great compensation structure. Freedom of creating your own schedule. You get to sell a product that makes people happy. People want to buy your products.

Cons

Management is a little out of touch with reality. Often times we are pushed at the end of the month to meet our goals. It is a flat out rat race. Pretty stressful. Can't take vacation during any holiday.

It was a lot of work doing a bunch of different jobs due to lack of hiring new employees

Pay was steady and decent and when things ran smooth everything was accomplished on time and we all went home happy campers

Cons

Working conditions were less than desirable and when ever maintenance didn't do what he said he did we all ended up having to suffer for it
