Pros

Laid back atmosphere. Lots of down time. If cases of redbull get busted open you can take some for free.

Cons

Extreme favouritism. Low hours throughout the year. The boss and a couple of employees are always too busy watching basketball to get much work done.

There really aren’t that many other than the fact that you are the “top dog” in your industry in the state.

Cons

Managment, Pay, Benefits, and warehouse workers. DSD receivers dread seeing our reps/drivers. Sales reps who have no clue how to do their jobs. Management is unprofessional
