Pros

Anyone can work there, literally. No performance reviews, so you can do whatever you want and it does not matter.

Cons

Management is awful, they don't even know their own responsibilities. Some workers get to just chat all day with the managers, while other are yelled at for even going to the bathroom outside of break times.

Very few early work start i really cant find too many the job is not bad but management will not let you do your job.

Cons

Low pay horrible health insurance poor management too long of day when you dont have to be out there that long.
