I would Avoid this Company.

You hardly deal with anyone daytime management.

Cons

I have a lot but mainly how management treats the staff. Jason Gabbard has I’m right your wrong attitude and will write you up for clocking in a minute early or late. He also will write you up for speaking with other employees for more than 3 minutes. If you bring up the handbook and provide points of reference. His answer is simple look you do as I say and you’ll like it. Then night shift is a zoo I myself was injured and one other person 2 days later. They rush to get done as soon as possible and the other employee fell out of the truck while it was still being loaded and nobody was drug tested or evaluated for possible exposure to drugs or alcohol. But this is why I left as I think it would take someone dying to change anything here.
