Pros

Full commission but stable pay checks. You sell more, you make more. But you always will be able to sell something. Work hours vary on day to day basis giving you some flexibility.

Cons

Work 6 days a week. Problems can pop up with warehouse and transportation that can effect your paycheck. Extremely busy during the holidays
