Pros

As a company that merged 4 companies together there are allot of opportunities and the culture is still forming. But through the journey the company has cared about the employees - from a work/life balance and culture.

Cons

The merging of 4 companies has left things in a confusing state with HR/salary increases/reviews. I assume this will get sorted, but currently is in a bit of disarry.

Flexible work environment, overall very good management team that listens to its employees

Cons

Nothing major… the company has grown a lot since the merger between Astute and SocialBakers so there is a bit more bureaucracy. Product innovation seems to be slower than competitors too
