Pros

There is a superb culture in Emplifi - friendly, informal, caring (from middle management lower). It is easy to forget you are at work and not among your best pals. The office is lovely (huge thanks to the office management).

Cons

Emplifi is the result of a multi-company merge and as such it is difficult to align all the parts of the company - I did not think it would take multiple years to figure this out. Senior management does not explain their steps much and it feels very authoritative.
