Emplifi was a good company with nice colleagues and impressive customer base

Cons

The company continues to get flipped financially and since it’s always buyouts the equity upside isn’t there for non CXO’s. The company was challenged to try and migrate from customer service departments, the legacy Astute Solutions business, into more customer facing Chief Marketing Officer targeted spend. This was back in 2018 so it could have changed since then.
