The company has many benefits that support employee well being - unlimited PTO, flexible hours, flexible work location (home/office), yoga, medial check ups to prevent skin cancer, paid parental leave for non-birthing parents, discount card for gyms, .. Great place to start the career, plenty of learning and growing opportunities Friendly work environment

Cons

Few rounds of layoffs had a negative impact on the culture, some key people have left after. This resulted in general worry about one's / company future. This seems to have gotten better in the past few months.

There are some talented and kind people still working at Emplifi who genuinely care about their teams and customers. The products have potential, and a few managers are doing their best under tough circumstances.

Cons

Unfortunately, Emplifi has gone through multiple rounds of layoffs over the past couple of years, creating a constant sense of uncertainty and low morale. Career growth and internal mobility are almost nonexistent — there’s little to no path for advancement, and promotions are rare. Communication from leadership feels inconsistent, and decisions often seem reactive rather than strategic. Many teams are stretched thin, taking on the work of people who’ve been let go.
