Like a startup, but with thousands of customers already

Pros

New leadership has lots of experience growing companies, so very hopeful for the future. Changes coming into place will make the company more professional. Solid client base who are very happy with the product. Product roadmap is exciting.

Cons

Some teams are still stuck in the older, point-solution mindset. Need to get everyone on board with the newer, bigger vision to be truly successful.
