Pros

The engineering team is closely-knit. Culture is fantastic. I was always able to be myself. I would love to work for them again!

Cons

Emplify hires great talent. And, often they use it as a stepping-stone to leave and join a larger company.

Pros

The people and team are truly amazing. Everyone is willing to help, work together, and cares for one another. The co-founders have really created the perfect blend of executive leadership where their strengths and weaknesses compliment each other so well. In my past, I have worked for a couple companies that were much larger than Emplify and they both had a great culture where most employees were very happy with their job. The difference here is astounding , Emplify practices what they preach and have found the formula for "TRUE" employee engagement. Not too mention what we actually do for our clients. Offering a product and solution that impacts the entire organization from top leadership down, in a positive way. We are impacting 100's of thousands of employees each year, and if that is something you can't get behind, then I feel sorry for you, and you certainly won't like it here :).

Cons

Not a lot here, but typical growing pains. Emplify is rapidly growing, so you need to be flexible and willing to lend a helping hand even if it isn't in "your job description". I've had better actual benefits (health benefits speaking) with previous companies, but again they were 15 times larger. The benefits are on par for companies this size, and will continue to get better as grow.

Great place to grow

Pros

Authentic leadership at the top Opportunities to grow within a role or move to another part of the business Culture is both high integrity AND high performance (rare to have both) Flexible culture to fit lifestyle Fun to sell a solution on the cutting edge

Cons

Like any young, growing company...the rate of change is high, there is more uncertainty than security, and the benefits package isn't as competitive as larger, established organizations (even though our benefits are world class for our size). I am personally fueled by these elements, but I could see this being stressful for someone who is used to a more comfortable corporate environment (my personal hell).
