Pros

It was one of the best positions I've ever held. You are treated like family and most people are great to work with and very knowledgeable in their field. They really do care about ensuring that the children come first.

Cons

It was one of the worse positions I've ever held. Some tasks asked to be done are not realistic, given the timeline given.
