There is a real opportunity here for improvement if leadership chooses to listen more actively, communicate openly, and treat all employees' input with equal importance. Until then, it's difficult for employees to feel valued or confident in the direction the company is heading.

One of the most discouraging aspects is the inconsistency in how concerns are handled. It often feels like only certain employees are acknowledged or taken seriously, while others are overlooked entirely. This creates an environment that feels unfair and, at times, biased. Instead of fostering teamwork and trust, it leads to division and disengagement.
