1010 has lots of smart people, but they seem to be leaving.
Cons
Most smart people are not utilized to their potential due to dogmatic Management. All backend features are built in an obscure language k which approximately only 2 companies in the world are using. This leads to a long start up time for new developers. It also leads to the problem that people's skill set is stagnating when working at 1010. Everything at 1010 is a hack, there is almost no investment in solid infrastructure. The new and shiny GUI2 is a big failure and lots of teams need to spend tons of time convincing clients to switch over to the new system. The company is mostly sales driven. Whatever sales people sell, needs to be delivered by the engineers. Work life balance on many teams is decreasing.
