Pros
A lot of reviews already talked about the smart people and interesting work. This is true, but the work quickly becomes frustrating when priorities change daily and when senior management insists that their way is the only way of doing things. The quality of the people has deteriorated as good people continue to leave.

Senior management inexperienced and out for themselves Technical leaders are very set in their ways and give no opportunity for innovation Technology was once leading edge and now is not at all differentiated Very poor leadership and no clear vision Salaries below market No interest in building a culture
