They say people don’t leave bad companies, they leave bad bosses. I am very lucky to work at a good company with good bosses! I am in sales and, (unlike other companies), when management says they want to help, they genuinely do. They really want us to win and grow as sales people. I have been with the company for 2 years and everything the sales team has asked for management has delivered and more. Our management team really listens to what we have to say and has delivered some powerful tools that will really help us dominate in the very near future. If there ever was a ‘trifecta’ in the software business its 1010data. All the funding of a big company, the agility of a startup, with technology that works as advertised! Very rare in this business!
Cons
Right now, we are the biggest, most successful software companies that no one has ever heard of. With our new management and marketing teams that is about to change in an big way. The only thing that I would change is better communications between groups.
