Cons
- Growing pains in being a fast growing/moving company. - Success relies on how everyone works together and sometimes all the pieces don't fall together when working on a project or with a client and that can be frustrating. - Company is being smart about how it grows and hires folks, however that means that sometimes there will be periods of being understaffed with regards to work load. - Because its still relatively small company you will be building things that the bigger tech companies probably have standardized and baked into there way of life. - Work life balance can sometimes be heavy on the work. But this is the life of a small tech company.
