Pros

Free bread, that’s about it.

Cons

Like the heading said, if you like to use drugs, this place is where to work. It is rampant with employees using and selling illegal drugs. Anything you could get on the street in a drug infested neighborhood, you will find here and more. There is a drug test upon being hired, but that’s it.

The only pro is you get a paycheck.

Cons

Where do I begin. For starters 70% of the work force are ex convicts, drug addicts or worse. The probation officers come in all the time to check the x cons. The pay is terrible as you are schelduled for 50 hours but the paycheck is fo 40. The HEAT IS UNBEARABLE as the facility was never intended to be a bakery. People have actually died due to heat exhaust. The cleanliness of the entire place is awful. You will never want to eat a sandwich again once you find out who they send bread to. It is also a family run business so “friends of the family” are treated as owners so you can’t hold them accountable . Do yourself a favor if you are a good people leader…RUN
