Pros

The name of the company is ok.

Cons

Shady owner who clearly does not understand the ins and outs of employee retention and growing a business. Uses text message as his form of terminating and is completely clueless/unprofessional when speaking to employees (especially about other employees). Accepting a job here means 5 months at max before you either choose to move on or are fired with no cause or idea of what you did. This is a small , I mean tiny business that will never get out of their current state without leadership changes. I recommend you stay away.

I recently had the pleasure of working as a caregiver at 1776 Senior Care, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. Having worked at larger companies before, I was pleasantly surprised by the unique qualities that set 1776 Senior Care apart. First and foremost, the leadership team is fantastic. They are not only approachable and supportive but genuinely care about both their clients and their employees. From day one, I felt valued and appreciated, which made a significant difference in my job satisfaction. The matching of caregivers to clients is spot on. I had two wonderful clients, and the compatibility made my job so much more enjoyable. The support from the team was exceptional--whenever I needed help, they were there. Highly recommended!
