Pros
Benefits are alright. Decent insurance, vacation and sick time. Can't think of anything else.
Cons
Training is a nightmare. No accountability, no structure, constantly changing job descriptions and duties. Not worth the mental breakdown, especially since the pay is comparable to fast-food jobs these days. Upward mobility isn't a thing. Lateral movement is also impossible.
