      Pros

      Very easy position as a CSR which is really a teller. The customers were great 99% of the time.

      Cons

      The Manager at the location I worked at was horrible to the point where customers avoided her at all cost.

      Pros

      Work/Life balance is good. Annual Raises and pretty consistent. Great work environment and friendly supportive teammates. They are morally and ethically grounded. Somewhat frugal, but will spend money appropriately when needed.

      Cons

      Health Care could be better.
