      Cons

      Still working on catching up on technology. Inflexible hours, not competitive in the market for pay. Very hierarchical organization.

      Pros

      Work/Life balance is good. Annual Raises and pretty consistent. Great work environment and friendly supportive teammates. They are morally and ethically grounded. Somewhat frugal, but will spend money appropriately when needed.

      Cons

      Health Care could be better.
