Pros

- Partnership with Samsung team is strong

Cons

- 2020 Manager wasn't involved in any day to day, or any work in fact. (Samsung manager was our direct report, outside of 2020 Company). - This lead to 2020 manager to have no relationship with her team members when actually needed. - 2020 Manager Promised Raises, increases in Bonuses, at 2 different times within a 12 month period. A huge issue when these false promises were brought attention to, which lead to higher ups attending conference calls to say we are NOT getting such promises.

Pros

2020 Companies is a Great Companies to work for especially if you're looking for flexible part-time role that fits seamlessly into your life. I have full-time job and working for 2020 Companies part time has been a rewarding. The Management TEAM is very accommodating and easy to collaborate with, and the training process is smooth and supportive.

Cons

I can't think of any downsides and if you are committed to the role and to 2020 Companies I believe you will find it truly fulfilling and rewarding.

Pros

Cons

If you’re applying for the Meta Sales Specialist role, be prepared to take an excessive amount of photos as part of your daily work. From what I’ve seen, this doesn’t feel like a Meta requirement — it seems driven more by My2020. I highly doubt Meta needs employees taking this many photos of customers or Best Buy associates. You’re required to be in many of the photos yourself, and they must be high quality to be accepted in your surveys. If they aren’t, management will stay on you constantly, and at times it can feel borderline threatening. As the program goes on, the nonstop photo‑taking overshadows the actual sales responsibilities, and you start to feel less like a sales rep and more like a photographer. I’ve done many programs for this company over the years, and none have ever required this level of photo documentation. Honestly, the role should be called “Meta Photo Taking & Sales Specialist.” If you enjoy taking photos of customers, Best Buy associates, and everything else all day long — along with several other unusual requirements — then this program might be for you. Otherwise, be aware of what you’re signing up for.
