First company I've ever worked for where I was asked on multiple occasions via various levels of management..in person, via email, via conference calls....TO LEAVE A POSITIVE REVIEW ON GLASSDOOR.
This may hint to some issues.
Recruiter is a different company, was given a different salary than what was offered by recruiter.
Hours expected to work increased, but no increase in pay.
Territory I was told I would cover, was not so. I was expected to travel 2-3 hours away from my home, for 1 store...to then travel to other locations with few stores as well. The job ad stated I would have stores close to home. Meanwhile..stores closer to my home, literally 5-20 minutes away, are covered by other reps who did not live in the area.
You're supposed to be out there promoting the newest and best that Samsung has to offer, but when first put into the field, you don't have a Samsung phone.
When I finally got a phone, it wasn't what "we" just launched. Makes sense right?
District, Regional & National Manager would have a conference call (they love these unproductive wastes of time) and literally contradict themselves several times during these calls when stating protocol, best practices, guidelines..whatever.
Things like...I don't expect you to work holiday's and not get paid for it...or I don't expect you to work 6 days a week...Yes..they do.
When I left, they changed a 5 day work week to a 6 or 7 day work week. No explanation of why and of course, no compensation for it..or Holiday pay. And they love to tell you that expect you to work on a day that was in your rotation to be off.
It took them several months after hire to divulge what our KPI's would be, that had to be met for us to receive pay.
Expect you to work 60 hours a week, for a pittance, although I applied for a 40hr/week job.
"Conference" calls every single morning...the most non-productive time wasting experience, having emails and sales reports that were sent to you that morning, or night before..narrated. If you can't trust or empower the staff you hired as Managers to process and understand standard english and basic math....that's something you may want to look into.
And don't get me started with the "Daily Quotes" Seriously. Is this a job or a cult.
Then,...when there is valuable information to be shared such as promotions, launches, product specs..it takes forever to get that info.
All that combined with a District Manager who will tell your business to your co-workers (including who is about to be fired), and a Regional Manager who a 5th grader could beat in a spelling bee, District Managers who "sleep" their way to the top and have no sales experience, but yet are fit to lead a group of Field Sales Managers.
