They will fill up your inbox with half-baked job opportunities at indeterminate companies, won't provide pertinent info relative to the opportunity (name of company, compensation, # of employees, years in business, etc.), and, best of all, when they send out a potentially interesting opportunity, the recruiter and CEO fail to respond to emails or vmails to discuss the roll.
And in a contorted bit of quid pro quo, Bob Cavoto regularly sends out blast emails with the resumes and career highlights of people that have presumably paid him to assist in their job search efforts, effectively cold calling his entire address book with one generic email -- usually closing with "because this person is a close friend, there will be no fee associated with the placement." Unfortunately, there is no screening done relative to applicable skills / professional background, so he only serves to tarnish their career accolades and cheapen their employment search. Note: I was not one of these people, nor do I fault them for their efforts, but it's clear that Bob Cavoto is lazy at best and disingenuous at worst.
20/20 Foresight is a sham of an organization, and there are innumerable local and national real estate recruitment firms that are far superior -- it wouldn't take much.
