Pros

I worked here for two years and it was an awesome place. Managers and owners are great and very thankful to all their employees. It one of the few places I've worked where I would officially call it "fun"

Cons

Only downside, it like everything in the golf industry you won't be getting rich doing this job. But that is well know.
