Thank you for your comment. We offer all our employee's opportunities to make great pay with hard work. Same with the management. We work hard at making sure our employees know what we expect out of them when hired and also make sure they understand all the expectations of management. It is a job that requires hard work and time. All of this is broken out when we hire people. We are family run business with some great employees that have been here for over 20-30 years.
