Thanks for the information. We will always look and listen to our employees. We are a family owned business that tries to take care of all it's employees. We do a discretionary match on 401K and offer several weeks paid vacations for tenured employees. Offering employees the opportunity to move up with in our company is always what we love to do first. And we give employees the opportunity to earn whatever they want by working harder. Pay is like that in any job even for other companies. Giving us 2 stars doesn't quite fair since you were saying you found the job most enjoyable and not hard. But we do appreciate the information and will look into it.
