Pros

I am part of the group acquired by 365. So far the experience has been positive and our onsite leader in Malvern has done a good job keeping us informed about changes or what to expect as best as she can. There hasn’t been much change so overall positive experience.

Cons

We haven’t had an opportunity to learn about the 365 business and how our business acquired fits into overall business model.

Pros

Flexible work environment with ample vacation time.

Cons

Since I joined, 365 has experienced explosive growth. Unfortunately, several recent senior executive hires have, in my view, not been the right fit for the company. Their arrival has shifted the culture from one where everyone had a genuine voice to one that feels heavily micro-managed and rigidly hierarchical. The result has been poor communication and an environment where employees no longer feel able to offer constructive feedback. The CTO has introduced an archaic, monolithic project management process that prioritises process over delivery. This has made shipping products noticeably harder and slower, as teams spend more time navigating procedure than delivering. A similar pattern has emerged in Product. Under the micro-management of the Chief Product Officer, the delivery pipeline has slowed considerably, leading to fewer products reaching customers and engineering teams left waiting on specifications.
