Pros

Marxent has a phenomenal team and leadership and is part of a growing, interesting industry. There is plenty of rewarding hard work to go around. A really fun company to be a part of.

Cons

Some people will see the flexibility and fluidity as a con. Also, this may sound picky, but the company snacks are so-so.

Pay is not great and doesn’t seem like it meets the market baseline Staffing - many teams are wearing multiple hats when the company should hire more people to avoid employees working nights and weekends
