Pros
Marxent is the only place that I’ve ever worked where I actively look forward to starting my day. My coworkers have become my best friends and I have the honor of working with some of the smartest people I’ve ever met. Work life balance is almost always great and management deeply cares about their employees. You will also always be able to learn new things.
Cons
There is a TON to learn and if you are not the type of person to ask questions when you have them, you will struggle. However, there is always someone eager to help and everyone would much rather you ask now instead of fix mistakes later.
