Pros
- Great people and teams to work with. All of the different teams we interact with are friendly and here to help. - Being home based in the UK you don't feel isolated. We meet up via video calls to have the face to face time during the day. - Positive company culture Since working here, I have really enjoyed working with not only the UK retailers but some across Europe and New Zealand. No two days are the same and it's refreshing to work with an innovative tech company.
Cons
- Sometimes hours can be outside the normal 9 to 5 to accommodate other time zones
