Pros

Leadership pretends to care about you. Trust me, they don't.

Cons

Leadership will work you into an early grave and then scapegoat you to save their own necks despite any loyalty you have exhibited to cover up their screw-ups. The only true loyalty is at the top level for the regime which is laughably inadequate and mostly bankrupt of self-awareness.

Pay is not great and doesn’t seem like it meets the market baseline Staffing - many teams are wearing multiple hats when the company should hire more people to avoid employees working nights and weekends
