Hello, thank you so much for your feedback. As you probably know, because 3M continues to expand, your plant is going through a lot of changes, with the addition of over 100 people and a facility expansion finishing up soon. We sincerely appreciate the extra time you and your fellow employees are dedicating to 3M as your facility goes through these growing pains. Our goal is that once the new facility opens in June, employees’ hours should stabilize, and you will be able to return to having a more normal work schedule. In the meantime, we would encourage you to talk to your plant HR manager, who would be happy to meet with you to further discuss your concerns one on one.
