Pros

Legal ramifications that make their product a necessity which makes the sales process easy. Tech team is solid and smart. The floor employees (for the most part) are smart and talented.

Cons

The entire sales management team is pedestrian, at best. They fail to set proper expectations then get borderline abusive at questioning their motives. Their lack of experience in driving a young company into the mature stage is written everywhere. The culture is borderline toxic with people polite to your face, and the constant gossip mill churning about. If you don't dive into their cult like sensibilities you are already on the outs. They aren't above questionable ethical practices either. Keeping competitor assets 1099 to poach or get insider information. I know of other employees that were fired unceremoniously for reasons that are benign at best. They dangle a shred of severance to get you to keep quiet, and promise that if that person keeps their mouth shut they will give you a good reference. (Which they end up not doing anyways) Don't be fooled by this garbage.

3Play Media Response
8y
The management team at 3Play Media believes in open, honest communication and transparency. Quite frankly, we are surprised by your review as we have not received feedback regarding these types of concerns from other employees. In our most recent employee survey 94% of our employees polled are highly satisfied and we received recognition in 2017 for being one of the best places to work in Boston. We are confident that there is no unethical behavior or practices within our organization and would like to investigate your concerns. Please reach out to our Director of HR, Amy Dwyer, at your earliest convenience to discuss in more detail.
