Pros

You get a set schedule, you can work at multiple homes, there is always overtime available. Also, the relationships you develop with the clients is always a pro!

Cons

There isn't a lot of positions open to move up in the company. The pay is not great, also somewhat unfair, as some of the new employees make more than the ones who have been there for a while. High turn over rate, also a very high burn out rate.

This is a great company and colleagues.

Cons

Unrealistic job expectations, from the state. Then upper management at GMS never doing case management themselves.

flexible schedule most of the time, great clients

Cons

high insurance rates, poor relationship between DSP and upper management/office, very High turnover, they hire to fill a hole not hire to ensure their a good fit, will make you feel guilty if you don't work overtime, life/work balance non existant
