- No Scope for personal Improvement. - No cutting edge technology. - Less opportunity inside to give boost to career. - Works only in single domain, PLM. That also not very interesting.

Pros

Very relaxed work environment. Appraisals are based only on how you perform. Proper tools are provided for the work. Good company for a beginner

Cons

Pay scale not as high as expected by someone from a reputed college. Progress is slow. Canteen food is not good and is not subsidized.
