Ground realities IIT graduates and diploma holders from unknown college do the same job :) (seen super talented prospective PHD student given useless tasks of maintenance) No way near to DS in terms of vision, work, money{no mention of 3dplm on 3ds site} this says it all :) anybody could get 15 days onsite visit (ONCE IN 3 years) to DS France, visit tasks can be handled through video calls. Managements may ask commitment in written/mail format after each such visit. 3 months notice period sucks :) self proclaimed best product company :P Senior managements keep bombarding high moral speeches, without thinking and accepting realities Very less product development, loads of maintenance Follows very traditional apporach, even if somebody thinks out of the box, puts some ideas, those never comes to reality Far away from PLM experties. nobody knows how DS products are actually used by customers Salaries are just above the average (10% more than big service based companies) there are thousands of sycophants present, managers favors them n expects everybody to follow these cheap people. comedy HR functioning, 0 respect for HRs among employees Management announces lucrative referral schemes-- later recruitment dept finds the resume of reffered candidate from various job portals; claims candidate approached via portals --> unique way of hiring and saving money ;)
