1. PLM Domain not demanded much in market as career perspective 3. Biased view of manager and lead in appraisal. 4. No New Technology to learn. 5. Long Notice period. 6. Escalation/ sense of urgency is lagging somewhere

Pros

Very relaxed work environment. Appraisals are based only on how you perform. Proper tools are provided for the work. Good company for a beginner

Cons

Pay scale not as high as expected by someone from a reputed college. Progress is slow. Canteen food is not good and is not subsidized.
